She shouted as she hugged me tightly with tears in her eyes. "Come stai?" She asked. "Benissimo, Madre." I said. She pulled me away a few inches and stared deep into my eyes. "You really excellent?" She asked. "Si." I said smiling. She hugged me again. Simon walked up to us with our bags. "Madre, this is Simon." I told her. She babbled something in Italian that I didn't understand. He looked at me confused. "Madre, he's a great guy." I said. She babbled something again and all I understood was Will's name. I just smiled. "This way." She said. We followed her out to the parking lot. Russell was standing next to the car. I ran over to him and gave him a hug. "Russell, this is Simon." I said. Russell just smiled at him and nodded. "Hey." Simon said nodding his head back. Madre popped the trunk and we packed in our luggage. "You are going to Luka's after dinner?" She asked. I giggled. "Yes." Simon looked at me confused again. "Luke's." I whispered as we got in the car. "Oh." He said softly. "I hope you use your protectives so you don't end up like him!" She shouted pointing at Russell. "Madre!" Russell shouted. "What?" I asked. "Protection." Russell corrected. "Shut up!" She shouted. "You are Italian! You should be proud!" "Madre, we are very proud of being italian." I told her. "You both make fun of how your italians family speaks." She said. "Madre, we have a guest with us." I said. "Could you two not argue please?" They were both quiet the rest of the way to the house. "You may use my car. Your father is picking up Russell and me for the wedding." She said. The rest of the night was long. We didn't head over to Luke and Caleb's until after ten at night. We were both exhausted and full after the big meal Madre had cooked for us for dinner. "Come on in." Caleb said when he opened the door. He gave me a hug. "Luke had to run a few errands for Abby. She's turned into Bridezilla." He told us. I laughed. "You better watch out." He said. "Nice to see you again, Simon." He said. "You too." Simon said smiling. "Tomorrow Abby and her sister will be staying here overnight." He explained. "So, we were going to let you girls sleep in our room. I wasn't sure if Simon was coming. I guess we can think of another plan." "Oh, don't worry about me. It's her last night before the wedding." Simon said smiling. "Are you sure?" I asked. "You don't really know anyone." "The couch is fine for me." He said. "Aww. I'd feel bad." I said. He took my hand. "It's her big day." He said smiling. "I'm not here to get in the way. She deserves to spend her last night with her close girl friends." I smiled. "Okay." Luke walked in the door with three giant bags. He threw them down on the floor. "I swear, if she has me do one more fuckin thing. . ." He said. He looked very frustrated. He looked up and we all laughed. "Oh sorry. I didn't realize you were here." He said. "It's okay." I said. I walked over and gave him a big hug. "She's insane." He told me. "Let me take over. Refer her to me next time she needs something. I am the maide of honor afterall." I said. "Thank you." He said. "She has been driving me so crazy. I just wanted to ring her fucking neck this morning." We all laughed. "That bad?" I asked. "Oh god. You have no idea." He said. "It's all you now. Good luck." He said patting me on the back. "Great." I said. His phone started ringing. He pulled it out of his pocket and handed it to me. "Geez. Already?" I said. I answered it. "What can I do for ya, sweetie?" I asked. "Oh thank god you're here. Luke is making me want to throw everything I own out the window." She said sounding very angry. "Well, I'm here now, so if you need anyting, just let me know. I am happy to help you in any way possible." I said. "I'm so nervous." She said softly. "Everything is going to be fine. You're wedding is going to be amazing and Carl is amazing. It is all going to come together perfectly." I told her. "What if he doesn't show up and I am standing there waiting for him and he never shows up?" She asked. It sounded like she was starting to cry. "He'll be there." I said. "He loves you and he wants to marry you." "I know." She said. "So, stop worrying." I said. "Get some sleep!" Luke shouted to her. "Smack him for me." She said. "Sweetie, you do need to get some sleep." I said. "Call me as soon as you wake up in the morning and I'll help you out." She sighed. "Thank you." "You're welcome. Seriously, get some sleep. You may not get much tomorrow night." I told her. "Okay." She said. "Goodnight." I said. "Night." She said and hung up. I handed Luke his phone. "Maybe you are just better at that shit than I am." Luke said. "Eh." I said shrugging my shoulders. "Guess we will find out tomorrow." "Oh, good luck." He said. "Good luck." "Well, you two can pull out the couch to sleep in tonight." Caleb said. "I'll grab some blankets." "Okay." I said smiling. "Abby has the guest room full of shit." Luke said. "Like what?" I asked. "Go look." He said. "It looks like a fucking storage closet." "Geez, hun." I said. "I don't think I've ever heard you cuss so much before." "I need a massage." He said. "Come on." Caleb said smiling. "Looks like I just might get one." He said. "Goodnight. Love you guys." I said. "Goodnight." They both said. I followed them down the hall to peak in the guest room. It was full of boxes with all kinds of different things in them. She had wedding books, guides and magazines scattered all over the place. I laughed. "Wow." Simon said. "Okay, now I am a little afraid." I said laughing. "Yeah. Me too a little." He said. Caleb handed Simon a few blankets and we set up the bed. I got ready for bed and we went to sleep. The next morning, my phone was ringing at 5am. "What?" I asked answering it. "My veil came in the mail today and I hate it." Abby sobbed. "Gather all your things that aren't already here and come over." I said. "But my veil." She said. "Bring everything over and don't worry about ANYTHING." I said. "I will take care of it." "I love you." She said. "I love you too, now get your ass over here." I said. She giggled. "Okay." I hung up the phone. "She already buggin ya?" I heard Luke ask softly as he peaked in the room. I nodded. "I'll make some coffee." He said. "Thanks." I said. "Hey, Luke." I heard Caleb whisper. I sat up and turned towards them. Luke turned around. "Cal, Jesus." Luke said dropping a spoon. Simon opened his eyes. "They are awake!" Luke shouted. I leaned over and looked. I saw Caleb run out of the kitchen naked. "Caleb!" I shouted laughing. "Nothin you ain't seen before, child!" Caleb yelled laughing from the bedroom. Luke shook his head with frustration. I got up and walked into the kitchen. "Sorry." He said. I giggled. "It's okay. And just so you know, I only saw his hiney." I said. He looked at me and smiled. "Good." He said. "Good Morning." Simon said walking into the kitchen. "Hey you." I said smiling. I gave him a hug. "Sorry about that. I guess he thought you guys were asleep." Luke said to Simon. "It's alright." He said. "I didn't see him. Apparently, Robyn has more than once." I just smiled. I wasn't about to get into the conversation about Caleb and I hooking up. I knew for a fact that Luke didn't want to go there either. "We've all had our crazy times, but we've all grown up a lot since then." Luke said. Simon looked at me and our eyes met. He took my hand and smiled. "Anyway, Caleb is helping Carl out with some things and I don't think I want to be here when Abby gets here, so I was thinking of catching a movie or something." Luke said. "You're more than welcome to join me." Just then, Abby came storming in the door with her arms full of stuff. "Abby, you don't need all this stuff." I told her. "I have to be prepared for every possible thing that could go wrong." She said. She opened a bag and pulled out this veil. It was an off white color and had beige colored flowers all over it. "Oh my god." I said taking it from her. "I know, right?!" She said. "It's hidious!" "Is this what it looked like in the picture when you ordered it?" I asked. She shrugged her shoulders. "If you planned on ordering online, I wouldn't have gotten anything unless it was something very basic." I told her. "Yeah well I did." She said rudly as she ripped the veil out of my hand. She stormed down the hallway. I looked at Luke and he smiled. "Don't say it!" I told him. He laughed. "I would love to catch that movie with you." Simon told him. "See you later." I told them as I walked down the hall to find Abby. She saw sitting on a box looking at a magazine. She looked up at me as a tear rolled down her cheek. "I'm not going to look as beautiful as her." She said pointing at a bride in a magazine. "She's a model." I told her. "Probably even airbrushed like mad." "I want to look like her." She said. "You know what?" I said. "Leave all of that to me. Just trust me." She put her arms around me. "I think we've both changed quite a bit in the short amount of time I've been gone." I said. She pulled away and smiled. "I want to look amazing. I've never felt beautiful in my whole life. I want to feel beautiful on my wedding day." She explained. I smiled. "You will. Trust me." I said. "Why don't you call and confirm everything with all the vendors. Just to be safe. I'm gonna go make some calls. Keep your morning open, cause you're going to be going to some appointments." She smiled and nodded. I grabbed a note pad from Caleb's desk and a pen. I sat down and picked up the phone book. I called several places to get her hair, make up and nails done. I also called a couple places for her to get a massage first thing in the morning. I found a lady that was willing to come by in the morning and give her a one hour massage. I didn't have a sister and she was the closest thing I had to it. I wanted to spoil her. I wanted her to have the best wedding day possible. I found a place that would do her hair and makeup at 11am, so I made the appointment. I wasn't able to get her an appointment for her nails, but my Mom was always pretty good at it, so I booked her. She was more than happy to help. By the time I finished making the calls and setting up the appointments, it was late afternoon. It wasn't easy to get those appointments in with such short notice. "Hey. Didn't want to bug you earlier. I heard you on the phone though." Abby said walking up to me. "Thank you. I was going to have family and friends just wing it with my hair and stuff, but then I kept looking at the brides in the magazines. And I know they aren't actually brides, but I want to look just as beautiful." She said. "And you're going to." I said. "Everything cool with all the vendors?" I asked. She smiled really big and nodded. "You're getting a massage at nine and I am not letting you get out of bed until Eight-thirty to take your shower." I told her. "Whatever you say." She said smiling. She gave me another hug. "Call Will. He knows you're in town. He's waiting for your call. Make sure you see him before you leave, okay?" She said. "Of course." I said. We relaxed for a few hours and her sister, Renae showed up. Luke, Caleb and Simon got home a little while later. We all had dinner together. I knew Abby was on a diet, so I had the guys pick up Subway. We said goodnight to the guys and took over Luke and Caleb's bedroom. "Alrighty." Ranae said. She pulled three champage glasses out of a bag and a bottle of champage. "One glass each. No more. This is enough to get us tipsy for our girl talk." She said. We all put on our pajama's and put a face mask on. I turned on the movie, Just Married for us to listen to and glance at in the background. We washed our face masks off after about twenty minutes. "So, what kinds of things do you think two gay guys have hidden in their room?" Ranae asked. "We can't snoop around their stuff." Abby whispered looking at me as if she wanted my opinion. "She's right. We shouldn't." I said. Abby and I looked at eachother. "Although. . ." I said giggling. Abby jumped up and headed for Luke's dresser. "Wait!" I said laughing. "Maybe we shouldn't." "Why not?" She asked. "What if we find something we don't want to see?" I asked. "I can't think of anything I wouldn't want to see." She said. "Abby!" I said laughing. She opened his top drawer and started going through it. "What the fuck." She said. "What is it?" I asked. She pulled something out of the drawer and held it up. It was a box of condoms. "Oh my." I said. "What the hell would they need those for?" Ranae asked. Abby and I just looked at her. "Oh my god." She said when she caught on. "Is he sleeping with girls?" "Wait, maybe they are old." Abby said. "They moved in here together, Abby." I said, getting upset. "Maybe guys use them for. . . stuff." Ranae said. Abby shrugged her shoulders. I grabbed the box and stormed out to the hallway. "Luke!" I shouted. "Yeah?" He called out. "You girls need something?" "I just want to talk to you for a second!" I yelled. "Okay." He said. I waited for him to walk up to me. I walked into the bathroom. "Come here." I said. He gave me a strange look as he walked into the bathroom. I shut the door, then held up the box of condoms. "Are you serious?" He asked. "I thought you really liked Simon." I rolled my eyes and sighed. "Hey, come on. We've been through this. I really love Caleb. I could never do anything to hurt him." He said. "I'm sorry. I just don't feel that way about you anymore." "Luke, do you really mean that? You havn't cheated on him at all?" I asked. "Of course not. Fuck. You shouldn't have brought Simon here if-" He started to say before he stopped. "These were in your top drawer, Luke." I said. "And probably no good anymore." He said. He showed me the date on the box and it was old. "Maybe you should get your facts straight before you start accusing me of shit." He said. "I'm sorry." I said. "Right." He said. He took the box from me and threw it in the trash. He walked out of the bathroom. "Luke!" I shouted. "Get to bed, it's getting late." He said. "Abby needs sleep." I watched him walk down the hall and turn into the kitchen. I felt really bad for jumping to conclusions. I walked back into the bedroom and shut the door. "Let's not snoop okay?" I said. "But look." Ranae said. She had a shoe box on her lap and she was going through the things in it. I sat down next to her. She started pulling out letters and cards. They were all from me. She pulled out some pictures and they were all of me. "He wrote on the top of the box that you are his soulmate." Abby said. "Put it back where you found it." I said. "Are you going to ask him about it?" Abby asked. "No. It's his personal things. I don't want to bring up the past. And even if it happens to be feelings he still has, I don't want to know about them. I am with Simon and I really like him. Also, Caleb is a great guy and I know that Luke really loves him. I'm not here to start trouble." I said. They both let it go. We stayed up a few more hours talking about guys, fashion, music and some other interests of ours until ten. After that, we went to bed. Abby was able to fall asleep right away once she layed down. We figured the champage must have helped her out a little. We dimmed the lights and layed down. "Goodnight." I told Ranae. "Goodnight." She sighed. "Big day tomorrow." "Yup. Big day. I can't wait." I said.

We got off the plane and walked to the terminal to pick up our luggage. There was Madre standing alone and looking more confused than ever. I giggled as I walked up to her. "Slave!" She shouted as she hugged me tightly with tears in her eyes. "Come stai?" She asked.

"My veil came in the mail today and I hate it." Abby sobbed.
"Gather all your things that aren't already here and come over." I said.
"But my veil." She said.

"I know, right?!" She said. "It's hidious!"
"Is this what it looked like in the picture when you ordered it?" I asked.

"Maybe we shouldn't."
"Why not?" She asked.

Abby shrugged her shoulders.
I grabbed the box and stormed out to the hallway. "Luke!" I shouted.
"Yeah?" He called out. "You girls need something?"
"I just want to talk to you for a second!" I yelled.
"Okay." He said. I waited for him to walk up to me. I walked into the bathroom. "Come here." I said.
He gave me a strange look as he walked into the bathroom. I shut the door, then held up the box of condoms.
"Are you serious?" He asked. "I thought you really liked Simon."

"Luke, do you really mean that?
"Big day tomorrow."
"Yup. Big day. I can't wait." I said.
